      What You'll Do At Deel
    • Support the partner strategy and operations team and the broader partnerships team with day-to-day business operations across key workflows and systems, primarily in Salesforce.
    • Partner with leadership to define and execute partner strategy, policies, processes and business system requirements.
    • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards, with support from the revenue data team, to track KPIs and provide visibility into sales performance at different levels (individual, team, region, etc.).
    • Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data from various sources. Use data analysis techniques to identify market trends, patterns, and insights that can drive partner performance improvement.
    • Manage partnerships data migrations and processes in Salesforce and other systems owned by the partnerships team.
    • Creation and maintenance of documentation for process, procedure, systems infrastructure, project planning, and user enablement.
    • Perform basic support, troubleshooting, administrative and bulk data upload tasks.

    • Some Key Qualifications
    • 3+ years revenue or sales operations; preferably with SaaS and partnerships experience.
    • Advanced skills in MS Excel; Comfort with BI tools (Looker experience is a plus), SQL knowledge a plus.
    • Exceptional project management and communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to key stakeholders and influence rapid business outcomes.
    • Experience working on a global team and managing global stakeholders.
