- Initiate, plan, and govern several projects across the network across the full project lifecycle using PMO tools and industry standards and methodologies.
- Manage and document project framework requirements (Project charter, plan, scheduling, budgeting, etc.)
- Manage project dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Track project progress and budget spending.
- Track deliverables and benefits realization.
- Facilitate change control process.
- Provide reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Create working relationships with project managers.
