About Trackhawk
Trackhawk GPS is a Houston-based GPS hardware and fleet software company serving equipment rental fleets, rental car operators, and SMB fleets.
We are transitioning from agency-led SEO to building an in-house organic growth engine. This role will own and scale our SEO and content strategy from the ground up. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role and not a blogging position.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior SEO & Content Strategy Lead with 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS and/or hardware-related industries.
This person will:
Own the organic growth strategy
Build vertical landing page ecosystems
Drive demo bookings through SEO
Lead content architecture and internal linking
Partner closely with product, marketing, and engineering
You will turn SEO into a measurable revenue channel, not just traffic.
Core Responsibilities
Revenue-Focused SEO Strategy
Develop and execute a vertical-based SEO roadmap
Align content to ICPs (construction, rental fleets, SMB fleets)
Build pillar-cluster architecture for key industries
Prioritize high commercial-intent keywords
Technical SEO Ownership
Conduct technical audits and fix crawl/index issues
Improve internal linking structure
Implement schema (Product, SaaS, FAQ)
Optimize page speed and on-page structure
Clean up legacy blog and redirect strategy
Content Strategy & Execution
Create and manage editorial calendar
Launch high-intent commercial pages
Oversee blog content creation (with Dalia + writers)
Optimize historical content to prevent SEO decay
Build programmatic landing page opportunities
Measurement & Attribution
Track keyword rankings in SEMrush
Monitor GA4 conversion paths
Report demo bookings influenced by organic traffic
Improve landing page conversion rates
Backlink & Authority Strategy
Execute high-quality backlink acquisition
Build partnerships for content syndication
Develop industry authority positioning
Qualifications
6+ years experience in SEO (B2B preferred)
Experience scaling organic traffic for SaaS or tech companies
Deep knowledge of SEMrush, GA4, and Search Console
Experience with technical SEO audits
Strong understanding of CRO and funnel analytics
Ability to lead writers and content execution
Fluent English (written + verbal)
