    About the Role

    Grafana Labs is seeking a seasoned Commercial Account Executive to spearhead new business opportunities across the Nordics region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing deals with both new and existing customers. Your expertise will be crucial in articulating the value of our products and services, working closely with customers during the trial phase, and handing off a strong relationship to our Customer Success team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Meet and Exceed Sales Goals: Consistently meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Sales Process Management: Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
    • Sales Pipeline Management: Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, and become an expert in managing your sales pipeline in Salesforce.
    • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, and be able to effectively communicate their value to customers.
    • Customer Management: Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
