      Requirements
    • Create, revise, and optimize content for KSA blogs, ensuring precision, cultural appropriateness, and alignment with the target audience in both regions.
    • Develop inventive ideas and generate compelling content, showcasing proficiency in writing for varied audiences.
    • Conduct thorough research on the KSA real estate industry, incorporating local specifics into blog content to provide valuable insights to readers.
    • Offer day-to-day management support for the websites, overseeing content upload, updates, and maintaining content quality.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to align content strategy with BayutKSA's objectives, fostering a consistent approach.
    • Implement SEO strategies effectively by integrating relevant keywords to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to the blogs.
    • Produce drafts following provided templates, paying meticulous attention to sentence structure and formatting.
    • Work closely with the SEO team to optimize content and ensure adherence to SEO best practices.
    • Follow brand guidelines stringently regarding style, tone, and imagery, maintaining consistency across all content.
    • Coordinate promotional efforts or campaigns specific to the KSA blog in alignment with overall marketing strategies, aiming to expand reach and readership within KSA.
    • Utilize credible sources for comprehensive research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
    • Encourage innovation in content creation while upholding alignment with the organization's mission.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the writing team, engaging with content managers, editors, and web publishers to streamline processes and uphold quality standards.
    • Analyze the performance of content published on the KSAFF blog, using metrics to optimize future content strategies and enhance engagement.
    • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.
    • Proven work experience as a Content Writer is a must.
    • Knowledge
    • Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Real estate industry and locality-specific research.
    • Experience doing research using multiple sources.
    • Excellent writing and editing skills in Arabic.
    • Skills
    • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Can create Excel dashboards for reporting by the use of formula and Pivot tables.
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
    • Familiarity with relevant tools
    • Strong decision-making and reasoning skills.
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong work ethic.
