Partner with sales management to align the SE team to sales goals
Be a player/coach who works with your team on, and delivers deeply compelling presentations to customers and prospects.
Work with product management to advance Atlassian's product line and provide customer feedback.

Your Background:
We're looking for a dynamic team member & leader who will both teach and learn from all of us on the Solutions Engineering team. On paper, you have 5-7 years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales or consulting leadership capacity. More importantly, you are a proven team leader and motivator who can interpret complex problem statements, boil them down into simple solutions, and collaborate with prospects, channel partners, the Atlassian sales team and the SE team to foster success of the team & the individuals in your charge. You're equally comfortable in both a business and technical context, interacting with executives or talking shop with strong technical audiences. You love to learn, are open to giving and receiving feedback, tolerate failure, love to win, hate to lose, and are passionate about making clients successful.

You understand the process by which software gets defined, built and deployed, and you have experience or familiarity with the Scaled Agile or DevOps solution spaces.
