• Work closely with the Communications and Patient Support Program Lead and internal stakeholders to ensure the execution of the internal communications strategy
• Support Content creation: various content for internal communication themes, Roche branded content, social media, and the patient support program
• Serve as a point of contact for external partners, to address and resolve any program-specific inquiries, and communicate program updates (social media and patient support programs) on an ongoing basis
• Strategically support the projects by integrating insights in order to evolve/ improve our programs (social media and patient support program)
• Demonstrate the Roche values of Integrity, Courage, and Passion while carrying out job responsibilities and accountabilities and comply with the Roche Code of Conduct and all Healthcare Compliance policies and regulations in all interactions and situations
