The Specialist will assist ESMP staff in setting up Zoom Meetings, Workshops, and Webinars. Aspects of this task include but are not limited to:

Aid ESMP staff in optimizing scheduling components to ensure selected settings meet needs
Review working capacity of hardware (camera, microphone, laptop, etc.) and launch meeting before meeting, workshop, or webinar
Set up Interpreter, when appropriate
Prepare backup of documents to share on screen
