    • Under the supervision of the Head of the Restore Family Links RFL Unit, participates to the provision of RFL Services (e.g. distribution as well as collection of Red Cross Messages (RCMs), phone calls) at Azraq Camp, jointly with the Jordan Red Crescent JRCS – requires physical presence on the spot.
    • Ensure the accurate collection as well as processing of data (including the due care regarding personal data) related to RFL activities in Azraq Camp.
    • Upon request from the Head of the RFL Unit, participate to the collection of Allegations of Arrests (AoAs) and Tracing Requests (TCs) in favour of Syrian refugees.
    • Participate to General Dissemination on RFL towards external audiences in Azraq (outreach sessions to communities, community leaders as well as I/NGOs and UN agencies at camp level).
