The company specializes in developing, manufacturing, and marketing innovative construction materials, and offers one of the most extensive product ranges on the market. The company is looking to recruit a Sales Engineer in Amman, Jordan. Responsibilities: 1. Provides Technical and Financial Offers:
• Prepare and deliver technical and financial proposals to customers.
• 2. Technical Consultation and Assistance:
• Offer on-site technical support to meet customer needs.
• Provide technical consultation to address customer inquiries and challenges.
• 3. Proposal Management:
• Complete requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and tenders.
• 4. Key Account Sales Activities:
• Conduct sales activities for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
• 5. Product Knowledge:
• Maintain and expand a working knowledge of current and future product offerings.
• 6. Market and Competitor Analysis:
• Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide relevant reports and information to inform business strategies.
• 7. Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• 8. Related Duties:
• Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Qualifications: 1. Degree in Civil Engineering:
• Possess a degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2. Language Proficiency:
• Demonstrate excellent command of the English language.
• 3. Experience:
• Have 0-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• 4. Driving License:
• Hold a valid driving license.
