      A pioneer news media house covering news & events from the cryptocurrency industry and blockchain technology is searching for a Chief Editor to oversee the development of all material for the website. You must have the capacity to lead a team, exercise sound judgment, have excellent writing abilities, and pay close attention to detail in order to be successful as our Account Manager. Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
    • Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and explore opportunities for collaboration.
    • Account Planning and Strategy:
    • Develop and execute account plans that align with client goals and company objectives.
    • Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional products or services.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.
    • Collaborate with the customer support team to address and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
    • Client Communication:
    • Communicate product updates, new features, and relevant information to clients.
    • Provide regular status updates and reports on account performance.
    • Contract Renewal and Negotiation:
    • Proactively manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure client retention.
    • Identify and address potential issues that may impact client satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Problem Resolution:
    • Address and resolve client issues and concerns in a prompt and effective manner.
    • Escalate issues to appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
    • Performance Metrics:
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for account performance.
    • Provide reports and insights to management on account health and growth.
    • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and account management tools.
