About the job
Accountabilities & Key Roles :- Develop business requirements for new innovative services beyond traditional channels.
- Research/Explore new digital solutions in the world that might fit Arab Bank.
- Participate in improving customer experience through different initiatives that leverage latest technologies and methodologies.
- Monitor channel & service by monitoring daily/monthly MIS dashboards.
- Coordinate with different departments to finalize service requirements.
- Run user acceptance testing.
- Follow up on complaints that result from new services with technical teams.
- Monitor new and existing service KPIs.
- Analyse MIS reports to come up with new digital solutions that support enhancing customer experience and engagement.
- Participate in Performing competition analysis and data gathering in region to better understand Arab Bank position in terms of innovation, fintech collaboration and digital services.
- Engage with internal CB units to ensure internal employee awareness of new initiatives.
- Follow up on service launch promotion and awareness to customers.
- Participate in service PIR to ensure stability.
- Qualifications Education:
- University degree from recognized university in Business Administration / Information Technology/Engineering.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in consumer banking / digital channels.
- Competencies:
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong Analytical skills and proven ability to think out-of-the-box.
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Detail Oriented.
- Excellent Presentation and communication skills.
