    Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceWelcome guests to the Spa and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experienceEnsure all guests are registered prior to using the fitness facilityEnsure all guests are aware of the guidelines regarding the use of the facilityMaintain cleanliness of all types of equipment, public and service areasEnsure guestsmembers are aware of all programs and activities availableBus and stock all service area items including towels, water, ice, beverages, magazines, newspapers and clean headsetsProvide guests with all information regarding the fitness facility and its offeringsProvide all administrative duties as requiredAssist in promoting the facility and organizing special events as requiredReport any equipment that needs servicingProvide a high level of guest satisfaction through effective communicationFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety and sanitation policiesOther duties as assignedQualifications Certification in CPR First Aid requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications requiredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Additional Information Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): Frequent standing and walking throughout shiftOccasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbsFrequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, sittingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
