Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Define and implement mobile application architectures that are scalable and maintainable.
- Mentorship & Code Reviews: Guide junior developers and conduct regular code reviews to ensure best coding practices.
- UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate with designers to ensure applications have an intuitive and engaging user interface.
- API Integration: Connect mobile applications with backend services, third-party APIs, and databases.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for high performance, scalability, and battery efficiency.
- Code Quality & Documentation: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best coding practices.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or any other related field.
Level of Experience:
Limited Experience (2-5Yrs) in mobile applications development, applications software development, security measures, backend structure, and integration solutions.
Certifications & Licensure:
Essential:
- Certification in mobile development frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin) .
Desirable:
- Project Management Certification
- Scrum / Agile Certification
Tools & Systems:
Essential:
- Android / Kotlin
- RESTful/JSON-RPC/gRPC/GraphQL API services
- git and/or git-flow, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, Bitrise, Opsgeniue, Bugfender
- Basic knowledge of Cross-platform technologies such as Xamarin, Flutter and React Native
- Slack, notion, clickup
- Firebase, Google Cloud Functions, Huawei Services
Desirable:
- Test automation using Espresso, XCUITest, TestCaffee, AppCenter, Calabash and Ruby
- Basic Knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, PHP)
- CI/CD tools
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Essential
- Excellent knowledge of Android and Kotlin frameworks
- Strong understanding of RESTful, JSON-RPC, gRPC, and GraphQL API services
- Good knowledge of Git and/or GitFlow, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Bitrise, Opsgenie,
- Bugfender, Slack, and Notion (source code repository management)
- Good knowledge of cross-platform technologies such as Xamarin, Flutter, and React Native
- Strong knowledge of security measures and deployment practices
- Excellent complex problem-solving skills
Desirable:
- Test automation using Espresso, XCUITest, TestCaffee, AppCenter, Calabash and Ruby
- Basic Knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, PHP)
