Job summary
The Information technology assistant is responsible for carrying out and maintaining all network & first level support related activities to meet the requirements of the current and future organization.Responsibilities
- Complies with the policies and procedures of the Organization as a whole and the IT department in a manner to ensure the quality and efficiency of the operations.
- Studies and understands current IT systems, determines how to enter, store, manipulate data and map data flow to be able to support the team when needed
- Contributes in coordination with the information technology supervisor on working on low current environment (switches cables faceplates network devices) to provide a first level support for JRF staff
