- Proven experience in sales or customer service with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a results-driven and customer-centric mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, risk insurance management, economics or a related field
