Job summary
We take underutilized properties and transform them into smart kitchens so they can better serve restaurateurs customers and the neighborhoods they're in.
,- You will ensure all payments agreements and approvals are in place coordinate with Sales Real Estate and Operations teams provide a smooth onboarding experience for customers in the Kuwait market. ,
- Drive engagement of 50+ operators of delivery-only businesses i.e. customers across Kuwait serving as a strategic advisor ensuring their happiness profitability growth retention systematically identify opportunities for customer growth expansion within outside our infrastructure leveraging up-to-date industry knowledge develop maintain tools reports that are shared with customers contribute to the growth of their businesses develop maintain tools reports datasets that improve operational efficiency productivity internal team closely collaborate internal teams communicate health customers portfolio enabling business make more informed decisions.
