Quality Professionals (Q-Pros) is a leading software quality assurance and testing company, with a strong presence across the Middle East and GCC.
We are looking for Software Quality Engineers to join our team. Qualified candidates should have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and are passionate about quality.With multiple openings across our regional offices, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a dynamic and specialized team.
Tasks & Activities:
Review software requirements and specifications to understand the scope of work and highlight any gaps or ambiguities.
Participate in creating test strategies and plans.
Design test scenarios and create test cases.
Conduct all applicable types of functional and non-functional testing (manual).
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure
Report and track defects using defect management systems (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).
Create and distribute different types of testing reports.
Qualifications:
University Degree in IT or any relevant major.
3+ years of work experience in quality control and software testing.
Professional testing certificates are a plus.
Skills & Languages:
Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills in English.
Strong attention to details
Critical thinking skills
A professional and positive attitude
