Scope of Work:
Coordinate with local CBOs and conduct YEP& PSS activities.
Proficiency in delivering YEP& PSS sessions.
Respect and commitment for child safeguarding and IMC policy

Work closely with the Field Program Officer to ensure effective providing youth empowerment program and psychosocial support within internal SOPs of volunteers and YEP manual.

Offer psychosocial support and implement youth empowerment program, ensureingthe delivery of activities according to a suitable schedule.

Commitment by PSEA guidance ( Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standard within IMC and amongst beneficiaries served by IMC.

Conduct outreach activities to identify potential users and facilitate the implementation of YEP& PSS activities.
Provide MHPSS assigned personnel with sessions documents, including attendance sheets, registration, consent forms, and work plans.
Ability to execute community-driven projects as an outcome of the Youth Empowerment Program for the local community.
Enable to apply any further duties from the direct supervisor.

Skills required for this position

BA degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
1-2 years of experience in work in international organizations and humanitarian settings
Computer literacy (Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint)

Priority will be given to candidates with experience in facilitating community-driven projects or Psychosocial Support-Skills in dealing with children and adolescents.

Skills in dealing with children and adolescent.
Comfortable in a multi-cultural environment, flexible and able to handle pressure well.
commitment to worktime.
Not committed to other NGO or Any organizations.
