Monitor, supervise, and execute order management and fulfillment system

Reduce Order Turn Time by monitoring scheduling platforms to ensure that orders are being scheduled and delivered as quickly as possible

Answer customer inquiries and facilitate order fulfillment requests

Monitor, report and improve logistics KPIs

Audit and provide clear instruction and feedback to third party delivery partners regarding objective and subjective KPI
