- Provides HR support during the ELM (Employee Lifecycle Management) towards all assigned organizational units and teams.
- Administrates selected operational HR processes in the areas of organizational and employee development, Training and Learning, Compensation and Benefits
- Supports the HR Teams and selectively also Business Leads in local training and development matters.
- Supports in the coordination and administration of recruitment processes, including pre-qualification of candidates.
- Maintains all HR systems (especially Workday and local payroll system & Mename) and coordinates interface with external.
- Ensures compliant administration of all corporate and local policies, rules, processes, and standards based on needs and requirements.
- Completes essential administration tasks.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR programs and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with HR best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Cooperation with external parties such as the Ministry of Labor and SSC
- Monitoring and Renewal of Employee Work Permits
- Responsible for handling employee matters, including organizing such as their transportation and uniforms.
- Dealing with employee's conflicts
- Interactions (internal & external)

- Regional / BU HR Director / Global HR functions (task related)
- Local Leadership Team(s), Managers and employees
