Role Overview:
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to support Seqaa marketing and brand communication efforts.
This role suits a designer with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys working on social media content, campaign visuals, and everyday brand creatives.
You'll work closely with the marketing and content teams and be involved in both campaign work and daily content.Key Duties and Responsibilities
Design visual content for social media platforms (mainly Instagram), including feed posts, stories, and campaign creatives.
Create and adapt key visuals for marketing campaigns and seasonal activations.
Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Ensure designs follow brand guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative team members on a daily basis.
Use modern design tools to improve speed and efficiency.
Manage tasks and deliver work within agreed timelines.
Apply feedback and revisions accurately and on time.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
1–2 years of professional design experience.
Hands-on experience designing for social media and digital platforms.
A portfolio showcasing relevant social media and campaign work is required.
Technical Skills
Figma or similar design tools.
Understanding of current design trends and social media best practices.
Experience using modern tools to speed up creative production.
Basic motion graphics or short form video design skills.
Adobe InDesign is a plus.
Performance Indicators
Consistent and high-m quality visual output across social channels.
Clear alignment with brand guidelines.
Timely delivery of assigned tasks, especially during campaigns.
Smooth collaboration with marketing and content teams.
Continuous improvement in creative execution.
