We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales & Service Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in the industry. Job Description: As a Sales & Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients in the cement and heavy industry. The ideal candidate will possess 3-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in cement and heavy industry operations. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering is required, project management experience/certification is a plus. Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting technical assessments and inspections of equipment and machinery.
• Conducting sales activities for range of products and services related to cement plant machinery.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues to ensure optimal functionality of machinery.
• Planning and executing preventive maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and ensure equipment longevity.
• Perform inspections for critical components such as bearings, gearbox, and steel structures, ensuring their proper functioning.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive service solutions to clients.
• Read and analyze mechanical drawings to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
• Offering technical guidance and support to clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries effectively.
• Collaborating with the sales team to generate leads through excellent customer relationships and technical expertise.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, project management experience is a plus.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in the heavy industry, with a preference for candidates experienced in cement and mining.
• Familiarity with maintenance tasks for raw material conveying machines, preferably experienced in heavy machine installation and commissioning.
• Proficiency in inspecting bearings, gearbox, steel structures, etc.
• Leadership skills to lead and supervise a maintenance team.
• Ability to work in dusty environments and remote areas.
• Proficient in reading and analyzing mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of business transactions and procurement cycles.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
