Serve as a liaising officer & expediter with all local government & non-government entities on all issues related to customs clearance, residency permits, project vehicles licensing, etc.
Assist in project vehicles logistics, maintenance, fueling, cleaning, recordkeeping, etc.
Provide chauffeur services to project staff, consultants, and others, as requested.
Provide messenger and delivery/pickup services.
Assist and participate in project administration and finance activities assigned by the Senior Operations Manager.
Provide copying & binding services.
Escort maintenance service providers during their existence in the project premises.
Assist with office & equipment maintenance needs.
Perform office errands.
Other duties as assigned by the COP, DCOP, or Senior Operations Manager.
