Setting Junior/ Site Engineers workload and assigning daily tasks, mentoring Junior/ Site Engineers in all of their duties - working alongside them to ensure that optimum time management is achieved and all tasks are covered
Liaising with Supervisor/ Construction Manager to ensure that all works are completed as per project requirements and that design intent is achieved
Liaising with QA/QC personal to ensure that all quality requirements are met
Liaising with Draftsman and Administration regarding relevant aspects of Project
Liaising with client, subcontractors and suppliers regarding material approvals, technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries
Liaise with QS regarding completion of material take-off
Completing all project deliverables for new projects as they come on scope, reviewing contract requirements and drawings for potential technical queries
