• Prepare food and beverage applications presenting Mane flavors solutions.
• Ensure collection submission as first option.
• Work on collection building by identifying gaps/opportunities for the markets.
• Develop food/beverage formulations based on specific requirements.
• Select/evaluate the right flavor solution in compliance with special requirements.
• Understand the commercial needs of the brief/value and price criteria.
• Act as technical contact person for certain clients/categories.
• Develop Product concepts, promotions and presentations for customers.
• Work in a close collaboration with ACM's, categories (flavorist and marketing).
• Manage various administrative tasks related to projects /keep record on lab work and results.
