    Accountable for all people-related aspects of Managed Services

    • Develops and implements a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives of
    • Managed Services and aligns with PwC's broader strategy
    • Identifies and addresses talent gaps, succession planning, and leadership development needs to build a strong and agile workforce
    • Fosters a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and wellbeing
    • Implements employee recognition programs and initiatives to celebrate and reward exceptional performance
    • Collaborates with recruitment teams to attract and hire top talent for various roles within Managed Services
    • Develops retention strategies to ensure the longterm commitment of key employees
    • Oversees the performance management process, providing guidance to key stakeholders on setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and delivering feedback to employees
    • Drives learning and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of Managed Services employees
    • Identifies training needs and coordinates with Learning and Development teams to deliver relevant programs
    • Acts as a point of contact for employee relations matters and addresses conflicts and concerns in a fair and timely manner
    • Advocates for employee rights and ensure adherence to PwC policies and procedures
    • Utilizes workforce analytics to gain insights into HR trends, employee engagement, and workforce planning
    • Generates and presents HRrelated reports to senior management and stakeholders
