- Performs various administrative tasks assigned by the Concierge Manager and works directly with guests as a Concierge when volumes warrant
- Assist with team payroll, performance manage missed pushes, pay corrections, etc
- Assist with any plans or arrangements the guest intends to make during their stay
- Expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to established company guidelines
- Manage all activities relating to Concierge and ensure that all transactions are performed in the best interest of the company
- Manage the process and assist agents and guests with the check in/out process
- Develop and foster an environment of teamwork and interdepartmental cooperation
