I am a passionate data-scientist worked during the last five years on 10 different researches (Computer-vision, NLP,...), passing through the first steps of gathering data, labeling, preprocessing, creating models, testing and delivering the resulted models to the clients and receiving their opinions.

I have also experienced other fields as game-creation, web-development and prototyping, which helped to get better insights into new domains in different data science projects.

During my work experience at Orange telecommunication company, I had an extensive range of responsibilities including all data-science projects steps and heavily communicating with different departments to align on a shared vision. I was responsible for specifying the requested datasets and communicate the needed data with different affiliates. Ingest the received data, preprocess it, extract the representative features, research extensively the extracted features to find the best model. All these steps were performed in MLOPS pipeline to automate creating the features on a frequent basis. The pipeline also includes model monitoring and revenue analysis to retrain the model when needed. The pipeline was hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and written using Python, specifically Pyspark library, as the data sizes were exceeding 10TB.

Before Orange, during my work experience at T2 - Business Research & Development, I was responsible of designing new-comers customized data-science training-plan, train new comers, leading data-science teams, and working on various fields projects passing through all steps: from gathering the related datasets, preprocessing, selecting the features, optimizing classifiers till deploying the resulted models. As a Data Scientist, I was required to have excellent communication skills, understanding of algorithms, excellence in Python, proficiency in Matplot library and knowledge of SQL. During my second-year tenure at T2 - Business Research & Development, I applied these skills daily and performed exceptionally at the company.

My abilities as a Data Scientist are rooted in a sturdy education in computer-engineering. I began with a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Yarmouk University. I followed this with a master's degree in computer engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology. I attribute my success as a Data Scientist in large part to this extensive and in-depth education. I believe my personality has also played a major role in my ability to succeed in this career. I am an extremely analytical, data-oriented, and calculated. Even in my personal life I like to look at the data before making a decision. I like to analyze outcomes.
