I’m Currently a Project Controls Engineer (Cost Control/Contract Administrator) with the following Responsibilities:

➢ Prepare and ensure that cost reports and invoices are in accordance with the value of work performed including variation orders and contract amendments.

➢ Assist in Interpretation of contract exhibits and preparation of variation orders

➢ Assist in preparation of Variation/Time Extension (EOT) Claims whenever applicable as per contract clauses specified.

➢ Puts together procurement packages including quantities take-off, contract specifications and technical requirements, delivery schedule etc.

➢ Initiates and maintains Procurement Status Register, and Subcontractors Registers to control the cost and monitoring its deliverables.

➢ Assists in drafting subcontract agreements and negotiating subcontract prices through managing the subcontracts related correspondences, measurements, payment certification, closing final account etc.

➢ Ensures that project records and diaries are maintained including photos, list of daily activities, climate conditions, utilized & idle resources, productivities, important events, verbal site instructions, etc.

➢ Participates in establishing project cost centers and allocates costs accordingly.

➢ Participates in preparing Project internal and external reports in the required format using the Project maintained records and information and the analysis thereof as necessary.

➢ Initiate and issue “Works Executed”, “Work Certified” and “MCWBR” cost reports.

➢ Close coordination with planner to accommodate continuous changes, time impact analysis and associated cost loading for operations/security reasons.

➢ Prepare “Contingent Assets/Liabilities” and “Risk and Opportunities” reports.

➢ Advising the Deputy Project Manager of key issues of concerns as and when necessary.

I have an Experience as Project Controls Engineer in two projects (Runway 13/31 Repair, at Muwaffaq Salti Air Base, for the period of November 2017-June 2020) and (UD2.4 Package 2 - Aprons, at Muwaffaq Salti Air Base, for the period of June 2020-present) at American International Contractors Inc. (AICI) 

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering - Surveying and Geomatics
