My background includes implementing daily operations to ensure that the work is consistent, and it is following the standards. Leading and directing more than 45 technicians withing working hours to comply with the department daily procedures. Monitoring performances, failures, defects, and act upon the situation in a timely manner. Prepare preventive maintenance plans and implement it to guarantee the smoothness of the workplace.
