I am highly motivated and hardworking individual, who has experiences in the Field of Human Resources and Training. Ambitious and confident professional with interpersonal communication, presentation and organization skills, the variety in my work experience in Seles, hospitality industry, customer service, training and human resources has been refined and developed my skills in many directions such as management, leadership, teamwork, coordination & planning. I possess more than 5 years of progressive experience in the human resources field. My professional history includes positions such as Human Resources Coordinator at Kempinski Hotel Aqaba as well as Human Resources Administrator at Movenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba.

Most recently, my responsibilities as Human Resources Executive at Saraya Aqaba Waterpark match the qualifications you are seeking. As the Human Resources Officer & Trainer, my responsibilities included Supporting the development and implementation of initiatives and systems, Providing counseling on policies and procedures, Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. My supervisor also relied on my ability to form working relationships with people at all levels, Meticulous attention to detail, Teamwork skills.
