My attention was immediately drawn to the ad on Akhtaboot, in which you state you are looking for a driver in EnCompass LLC. The profile you have outlined fits my experience very well as I will further explain in this letter and my resume. my abilities will enable me to contribute significantly towards your objectives.

Currently I am working as Driver and Fleet Assistant at World Vision International with responsibilities in Driving, coordination, assets, reports, meetings and supplies. In addition of being familiar to working with International INGOS systems and visitors.

Main responsibilities: 

  • Driving and Transportation of national, international and visitors.
  • Various logistics tasks and tracking Fleet asset to comply with World Vision Policy.
  • Coordination with Other departments related to the Fleet requests, arranging trips, closing invoices and tracking requests.
  • Weekly and Monthly reports provided. 
  • Ensure that Logsheet, fuel document and any other are available and filled accurately.
  • Day to day checks regarding vehicle maintenance, fuel and clean.
  • Any other assigned duties.

  • Receive emails on trips, trips, and daily flight format
  • Follow-up maintenance of the car
  •  Fill out the required data entry in the Excel sheet and print out the special reports in the monthly vehicle expense account in  

            kilometers and the gasoline filling costs.     

                 

Finalize the payment package for rentaland fuel bills and submit it for financing Each driver as needed.
