Accredited as Director of Human Resources with Associate Diploma in Strategic People Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a Global MBA from Lancaster
University. I bring to the table 15 years of my core hands-on expertise in human resources and administration management. 11 years of which, are in Senior / Director of HR with Multinational Companies in the Middle East across all HR Functions.
Throughout my career for the past 15 years, I have participated in establishing and strengthening the HR department, improving the provision of HR services, and aligning stakeholders for multinational companies in various capacities. In the dynamic journey of Human Resources Management, I was able to successfully manage tasks from different functions including organization design and development, budgeting, compensation and benefits, talent management, leadership development, organization
change management. I am always able to accomplish important progress using my problem-solving skills and excellent communication. In my approach, I always emphasize the importance of building the capacities of team members and enabling both individual and collective development.
