I am an engineer who has worked in the field of customer service for 13 years and I have experience in communicating with the customers, and I have the ability to work under pressure to reach the targets. 

In 2006 start career as Technical  Engineer where my duties is repare the phone devices then I became in 2007 technical supervisor where my duties were manage the stock ,manag the technical staff then I became branch manager where my duties were manage retail showroom, manage service center then in 2019 I became warehouse Manager  for Samsung  mobile

I got a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering with a very good grade from Al-Balqa Applied University
