The goal of occupational safety and health programs is to foster a safe and healthy work environment. In this regard, I write to you as a HSE safety consultant, with 21 years of professional experience of working with many organizations. • Supervising as safety engineer consultants a lot of  large companies working as main contractors in the ministry of electricity and water in Kuwait  such as ;ABB, First Kuwait, kurafi group ,Ahmadiah company and Combined group.
