I am four years of experience Technical Support Engineer with solid experience in the field support users, solving network problems, and solving systems issues (PC maintenance, Laptop maintenance, printers maintenance, AD management, and solving servers issues, I have been working in different contexts between local companies. I am a goal-driven and task-oriented professional. Most recently, my responsibilities as Technical Support Engineer at General Computers & Electronics Co Providing technical support to the employees of the Housing Bank in its branches, Maintenance for devices covered by maintenance or warranty contracts for the following brands (Lenovo, Fujitsu, Brother).
