My name Is Mahmoud Kloub 31 years old and now I am working as a CCC - Coworker (customs Clearance and CASY Coworker) at IKEA- Jordan (SYH Group) specialized in retails for home and business units .

My key job responsibilities in my present capacity as CCC - Coworker , among others, the following:

Responsible for verifying arrival dates for all shipments. Coordinating shipments clearing processes with the clearance service providers in accordance to the IKEA standards. Checking the drafts of Customs declarations to maintain the least clearance charges. Following up on any goods deviations or damages, then submitting and follow up on claims with relevant parties .Following up on CASY on daily basis and keep all parties updated on any new Sales stops QSR or any changes for a pending case to maintain the best output of IKEA values which makes sure that the client. Checking on documents availability before goods arrival to the port within appropriate period of time to insure smooth clearing processes and preventing any detention charges at the port.Coordinating and working closely with all departments in transparency in order to provide all supporting data at any time.Coordinating with Inventory and GF (Goods Flow) team, and provide them with volumes updates .Preparing weekly offloading containers schedule in coordination with the inventoryExamining clearance invoices for conformity with the agreed rates for the subjected services.Posting all purchased items through IKEA ERP System Navision.
