I work as head of the Environmental Protection Department in the Greater Amman Municipality from 2004 until now. I specialize in solid waste management and treatment, waste recycling, and urban cleanliness management, and i have 20 years of experience in this field. I also work as an environmental evaluator for the King Abdullah II Center for Excellence.

I am an occupational safety specialist in the work environment certified by the Jordanian Ministry of Labor.

I am also a certified environmental expert from the Jordanian Agricultural Engineers Association.

I have many training courses in management and treatment of solid waste, recycling, environmental assessment, occupational safety in the work environment, quality management, and operations management and ISO 14000 and ISO 14001.

I participated in many international conferences on solid waste management and treatment in Norway and China.

I graduated from the University of Jordan in 2002 with a bachelor’s.
