Roqaia Issa

Hello..My name is Roqaia Issa 30 Years old, I have graduated from Jordan Petra University as chemist, after graduate i worked as quality control in one of chemical company in Jordan, and then i travel to live in Aqaba with my family, i couldn't find job in my field in Aqaba, so i decided to get courses in occupational health and safety and upgrade my self to be specialist in HSE field. Then I became an occupational health and safety specialist accredited by the Jordanian Ministry of Labor and I hold a license to practice the profession. I start working in one of garments company, I joined the company as HSE Specialist and since then i had shown great effort and dedication in carrying out all the assigned duties, then they promoted me to be HR and HSE Specialist, then i were promoted to be Compliance officer and HSE Specialist. at JUN.2022 I got offer to be trade union representative in the general trade union of workers in textile garment and clothing, and with cooperation with the Better work Jordan organization (ILO) I worked as advisor for garments sector in Aqaba city.

After finishing work with Union i applied to study MSc human Resources management and development in the university of Salford Manchester in UK but i got admission letter to study MSc 100% online, so i start to search for a new job in my country or remotely carrier.
