I have 10 years of progressive experience in restaurant and bar management, including recruiting, training, taking responsibility of the guest experience, maintaining company policy and handling more than one outlet in some cases. I have successfully overseen daily operations, implemented effective staff training programs, i have consistently achieved high levels of customer satisfaction and almost exceeded all required targets within a provided budget. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of the food and beverage side of the hospitality industry, from front-of-house operations to back-of-house management.
