Mohammad is a skilled professional with over 20 years of experience in export development and management, business consulting, marketing, and market research.  

He has a considerable combination of theoretical background and practical expertise in international trade and exports promotion, exports acceleration, the opening of new markets, cross-border e-commerce, and business intelligence – skills that he honed throughout his outstanding professional career.  

Mohammad’s extraordinary analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen have built him a remarkable reputation for providing world-class services supporting local and international export companies and organizations effectively, generating revenue of over 120 million US dollars, and facilitating trade with more than 80 countries. His expertise has been pivotal in creating growth, generating significant capital gains, and fostering exports diversification for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)  

He has also worked on the operational as well as management and strategic levels of high-profile partners to develop impactful programs delivered via innovative and blended learning methodologies: the EU (Jordan projects), the Center for the Promotion of Imports (CBI) of the Netherlands, GIZ Trade for Employment, the International Trade Center (ITC), and also reputable organizations with international exposure such as  Arab Fertilizers and Chemicals Industries (KEMAPCO), Aqaba Special Economic Zone (ASEZA), and Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation (JEDCO). 

Passionate about exports development and promotion as means of directly and indirectly improving people’s lives, Mohammad believes that prioritizing the support for SMEs and startups—increasing their competitiveness and performance in exports—can be an instrument of change for growth, higher employment rates, and poverty reduction in Jordan. 

Mohammad Member is a member of the Institute of Export and International Trade (UK). He holds a master’s degree in International Business from the University of Jordan (2011) and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Jordan (2001).
