 Set annual operating plan ANNUAL OPERATING PLAN for supply chain departments.
 Set targets, strategies, and tactics to achieve ANNUAL OPERATING PLAN objectives.
 Create, amend and develop Standard operating procedures and supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
 Lead booking of strategic raw and packaging materials and guide planning of suppliers’ deliveries and order scheduling via MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS PLANNING (MRP) system.
 Lead short-term to mid-term production scheduling and ensuring balance of operation efficiency & inventory management.
 Lead managing RAW AND. PACKAGING MATERIALS inventory at company side as well as at suppliers’ to keep safety stock available upon request with implementing just-in-time JIT call off at the same time.
 Lead functions of logistics and operations planning.
 Support procurement activities across the business, commodity
management & supplier selection.
 Review daily reports of production summary, FINISHED GOODS (FG)
inventory levels, RAW AND. PACKAGING MATERIALS inventory
levels, actual sales, processes compliance, and freight & shipping.
 Make sure that WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (WMS) is
fully effective and lead system effectiveness assessment sessions
regularly.
 Implement of on-going long-range strategic planning with Business
 Development in order to provide new business opportunities, capacity,
and investment decisions.
 Support operating cash flow and reduce MOH.
 Monitor and manage warehouses inventory, physical count accuracy,
availability, and proper documentation of all warehouses.
 Coordinate with raw materials planner to ensure adequate supply to
cover all production and supplies needs.
 Monitor and manage availability in SP, RM, and safety, stationary and
chemical supplies and assure no out of stock.
 Track concentrates delivery and shelf life and communicates needed
information to all related parties.
 Prepare information and reports about (expiry, FIFO, spare parts and
raw materials provision, physical count,) supports business needs.
 Prepare monthly and quarterly provision reports and liaising with the
costing and inventory department.
 Share with departments their daily and monthly SP expenses.
 Ensure safe operating conditions exist throughout the warehousing
operation. Promptly correct unsafe conditions.
