Major Responsibility
➢ Preparing budgeted of Sales, Production cost and SG&A.
➢ Income statement and balance sheet preparation.
➢ Calculate Cost of Goods Sold and Cost of Goods Manufacturing. 
➢ Feasibility Study for new products or if we need to improve production lines. 
➢ Variance Analysis Reporting (Sales and Expenses due to Quantity and Price).
➢ Capital Expenses Coordinator.
➢ SG&A Expenses Variances.
➢ Breakeven point and profit target calculation.
➢ Tracking of inventory cost (Finished and Raw Material).
➢ Profitability Analysis.
➢ Cost center coordinator.
➢ Prepare Monthly reports cost variances and comparing with budgeted and 
previous period.
