As a team leader my primary function encourages the community’s engagement in teamwork, while closely monitoring the team’s interaction to co-ordinate and support the needs and concern of each beneficiary. In addition, provide individual and group counselling, such as parenting skills, live skills, child protection training, children basic needs, provide guidance and strategies to reduce risk and remote wellbeing, provide awareness session about risk issue enables the idea of a prosperous future, giving support to the PSS team, with their awareness, peer to peer sessions & activities.
