I have 15 years experience as an engineer in Orange which is a well known telecommunication  company in Jordan. I am currently working as an ICT presales Expert Engineer. My duties as mentioned by resume are related to understand customer requirements related to ICT service (LAN, WLAN, CCTV, Unified communication, and security) and Telecom services. This technical background was built based on previous experiences in Engineering Department as senior Data Network Engineer in Orange for around 8 years.  

• Tender Management covering (Bid Bond, understand RFP requirements, build design and BoQ).
• Understand Tender Terms & Conditions by filling compliancy and define responsibility matrix and SOW.  
• Support MSP business team in capturing Enterprise projects requests and customers’ demands.
• Review and understanding of customer RFP's, RFQ's to formulate the proper technical answer for such requests.
• Design customer technical high level solutions architecture 
• Prepare BoQ that fulfill customer requirement.
• Register deal on vendor portal and prepare BoQ Quotation for pricing negotiations.
• Negotiate Vendor regional sale manager regards prepared quotation to get final best prices. 
• Discuss & Finalize the proposed solution with Orange Engineering team.
• Formulizing the final technical and financial proposal to answer RFQ/RFP
• Solution budgeting, pricing and costing preparation.
• Build Business Case that covering customer requirements and negotiate final prices with finance team.
• Assist marketing and sales with cost and business case calculation and legal contractual process finalization.
• Supporting project manager for best understanding technical solution to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Building technical proposals for daily quotations requests.
• Arrange meetings Face-to-face/Remote with customers for best understanding their requirements to validate the suitable solution that cover their needs.
• Present target solutions and prepare a proof of concept for the agreed setup with customer to simulate target solution.
• Evaluation of supplier quotations, 
• prepare Technical proposal for Mega project (Abdali-Boulevard, Saraya Aqaba, Ayla Aqaba, Abdali Medical Center ….etc) that are distributed across the kingdom including solutions, costing
• Support customer care team with major customer (Enterprise) complaints through designing, implementation and resolving tickets.
• Project management for ICT projects related to strategic customers and mega project
• Support Sales team to understand customers requirements and propose suitable solution related to MPLS and ICT services.
• Support Sales Team to understand customer requirements related to Telecom and ICT services including (LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV,SD-WAN, security and VoIP).
