:my responsibilities

Assisted +300 employees with technical support on daily basis, the support included troubleshooting/solving technical issues.

. Configured, maintained and updated workstations (laptops/PCs) with latest software, email clients and new windows versions.

. Installed, upgraded network devices (servers, switches, access points) and CCTV camera across the complex.

. Configured and maintained backup servers using Acronis and ensured weekly/monthly data is being taken.

. Installed and configured Microsoft Teams, zoom and anydesk software as a part of the Manaseer Group Covid response plan.

. Maintained and updated the custody system.

. Installed, upgraded windows servers
