During my work, I have gained deep knowledge in early childhood development principles and

Professional Experience
Learning specialist, International Academy Amman - IAA, 
Amman-Jordan, August 2018- Until now
● Administering standardized academic assessments and teaching students aged 6-
11years.
● Providing targeted, data-driven RTI
● Providing 1-1, small group, push-in and pull-out support to identified students via 
specific, targeted intervention programs to strengthen academic skills
● Assisting students in applying taught skills and strategies to general curriculum to foster 
academic independence
● Acting as a case manager for students with Individualized Education Plans by reading 
their academic files, writing goals and objectives for their IEPs, and ensuring the student 
is progressing
● Observing, assessing, and analyzing data regarding student performance
● Maintaining records on student progress towards learning goals
● Supporting classroom teachers in differentiating instruction for a variety of learning 
profiles and in implementing accommodations and modifications
