I am an accomplished English Language Director with a robust background in the educational sector, boasting three years of valuable experience. My academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in English Language and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Policy, earned in the UK. I am also equipped with a Professional Diploma in Education and hold certification as a CELTA teacher.

My fervor lies in spearheading transformative initiatives and effectively navigating change within my sphere of influence. I possess a keen aptitude for orchestrating the integration of novel policy frameworks, working collaboratively with my team to achieve shared objectives. A central aspiration of mine is to elevate English language instruction in Jordan by assuming a leadership role in pioneering educational programs.

In my professional journey, I have held significant roles that reflect my dedication to education and my expertise in English language instruction.

As a Seminar Leader at the University of Bristol, I have facilitated interactive seminars, guiding undergraduate students in discussions, presentations, and projects. I've designed hands-on activities, collaborated with colleagues, and ensured curriculum alignment.

Serving as the English Language Teaching Program Director at Squash Dreamers, I led program expansion, engaged in policy discussions, and collaborated with humanitarian organizations like UNICEF and UNHCR. I provided guidance to volunteers and cultivated partnerships with stakeholders.

At the Islamic Educational College, I developed tailored English language curriculum for third-grade students, fostering an inclusive and interactive learning environment. I integrated cross-curricular connections to enhance learning.

As an English Teacher at Oxford Schools – International Section, I designed dynamic lessons, adapted to diverse learning styles, and implemented Journeys Common Core curriculum.

Furthermore, as a Scenario Writer at Integrated Technology Group (ITG), I crafted educational scenarios, collaborated with experts, conducted research, and demonstrated strong writing skills.

My educational journey also includes earning a Professional Diploma in Education  from Queen Rania Academy, Jordan. Furthermore, I hold a BA in English and Turkish languages from the University of Jordan, showcasing a consistent commitment to academic excellence.
