  • Participate in the joint verification of procured goods and equipment and ascertain the item’s conformity to Technical Specifications and Quantities. 
  • Maintaining good communications with program and supply chain staff in other DRC locations 
  • Ensure compliance with DRC and donor procurement policies and procedures 
  • Support Supply Chain field staff when needed and travel to field locations if required 
  • Correctly apply ERP supply chain processes 
  • Other duties assigned by the line manager
  • Fleet management
  • Follow up on expat’s residencies and work permits.
  • Follow up on electricity, water, phones, etc…. and make sure all invoices are settled in due time.
  • Follow up on Office maintenance.
  • Responsible for procuring Office and kitchen supplies.
  • In charge of hotel reservations, tickets, and airport transportation.
  • Ent operation of the DRC fleet in-country. 
  • A local Fleet Management policy is in place which provides additional, context-specific control, particularly regarding local laws and legislation, and the allocation of vehicles including private usage.
